TEAC VRDS-701T: High-Precision CD Transport for Custom Audiophile Systems
The TEAC VRDS-701T is designed to deliver the highest precision in CD playback, utilizing the newly developed VRDS mechanism. This TEAC-original drive system minimizes rotational and unwanted vibrations by clamping the CD onto a full-diameter aluminum turntable, maximizing stability and inertial mass for an unparalleled audio experience.
When paired with the UD-701N from the same series, the VRDS-701T enables playback through the discrete DAC of the UD-701N, complete with full MQA decoding capabilities. Alternatively, users can connect it to any DAC of their choice, allowing customized system configurations to match personal preferences.
Equipped with a 10MHz clock input, the VRDS-701T can seamlessly integrate with systems synchronized by an external clock, ensuring flexible, high-precision playback that meets the demands of modern audiophiles.
